CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:45 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Irvine and Trapp Goffs Corner roads.

— At 12:26 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 3359 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.

— At 1:32 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 153 Calmes Blvd.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Donald Parks, 46, of 3604 Pine Ridge Road, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary.

— Tony Davis, 46, of 17 Phillips Court, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary.

Reports

— At 11:25 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 5 Blueberry Lane after a stolen vehicle was located.

— At 12:41 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 2440 Pine Ridge Road concerning a stolen mini-bike.

— At 8:57 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 214 Lamond Ruelle after someone entered two vehicles during the night and took medication and clothes.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Wesley C. Bunch, 34, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, no or expired registration plate, license to be in possession and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

— Toby Nichole Byrd, 40, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and was served a warrant.

— Lindell Clark, 23, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.

— Austin Cole Craft, 20, was charged Friday with trafficking in marijuana.

— Johnny Ray Dargavell, 31, was charged Monday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Benjamin Scott Wells, 36, was charged Sunday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Brandon Willoughby, 31, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 16 general medical calls and one respiratory case.

— At 8:44 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Irvine and Trapp Goffs Corner roads.

— At 6:11 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a trash can on fire at 27 E. Washington St.

— At 5:44 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 102 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen ring.

— At 5:58 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 43 N. Maple St. concerning a person trying to cash a check.

— At 12:43 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 120 College St. concerning the theft of an antique wooden box.

— At 7:26 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 4 Carol Road concerning a theft.

— At 11:18 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1 Carol Road concerning a theft.

— At 3:20 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 6:16 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 951 Bypass Road concerning a theft. Brandon Willoughby was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 9:47 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 11 Wilson Lane concerning a person threatening to rape the caller.

— At 8:06 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 124 S. Burns Ave. after someone broke into a residence and stole tools.

— At 12:37 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 42 Medison Ave. concerning a stolen handgun.

— At 7 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1200 Westwood Drive concerning a person with a gun.

— At 7:37 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1467 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an assault. Lindell Clark was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.
