Knights of Columbus fish fry

The Knights of Columbus of St. Joseph’s Church will host a Lenten fish fry from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. today and March 2. The menu includes fish, hush puppies, cole slaw, twisty taters and a drink. Cheese pizza will be available for children. Cost is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and $5 for children. Clam chowder will be available for $4 per bowl or $10 per quart. Dine-in or carry-out is available.

New study

at Providence

Providence Baptist Church of Winchester will start a new Bible study at 7 p.m. Wednesday entitled “When Faith and Hope Become Truth,” a breakdown from Genesis and will continue each week to Revelation. We invite families, individuals and churches to join us to learn and study God’s Holy Word. Refreshments and a copy of the book will be provided. Calvary Christian hosting marriage conference

Calvary Christian Church will host “Love and Lordship,” a marriage conference in partnership with the Kentucky Marriage Movement and The Family Foundation of Kentucky Friday, March 9, and Saturday, March 10. Registration will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday with conference hours from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The cost is $25 each or $50 for couples. Event is open to the community for all couples and those still looking. There will be complimentary child care, refreshments and fellowship. Lunch will be provided Saturday. Concert at Grace Bible

Bluegrass gospel band The Farm Hands will perform at 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25, at Grace Bible Church, 250 N. Main St. There will be no admission charge, but a love offering will be taken. CD’s and DVD’s will be available. For additional information, call the church at 737-4722.

Seniors lunch at Providence Baptist

Amy Williams, a dietitian with the Clark County Health Department, will be the guest speaker at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, at the church. The lunch is free and open to seniors and others in the community.

Community Bible Study meeting

Services at First Presbyterian Church, 130 Windridge Drive, will begin at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Worship will be lively and traditional.
