Cecil Garlin Winburn, husband of late wife, Patsy Gilvin Winburn, passed away February 14th.

Also preceded in death a son, Cecil Garlin Winburn, Jr.

He is survived by sisters, Elsie Brown and Ada Hopper; daughter Cheryl York (Ricky) ; son Craig Winburn; grand daughter Christy York; great granddaughter Lucy Whipple and great grandson Noah Whipple and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, February 27, at 2:30 p.m., in Clarmont Memorial Gardens, Winchester, Ky.
