Morgan T. Hunt, 90, husband of Arvella Fay Elam Hunt, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at his niece’s home.

He was born on January 25, 1928 in Clark Co. to the late William Henry and Emma C. Lamb Hunt. He was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a lifelong farmer and a member of Epperson First Church of God.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years; one brother, William “Bill” Edward Hunt of Winchester; one sister-in-law, Nellie (Albert) Gipson of West Virginia; three nieces, Anita (William) Bridges of Winchester, Lesia (Jewell) Igo of Richmond, Kathy Banks of Clay City; three nephews, Glenn (Libby) Hunt of Winchester, Bill (Mary) Kirk of Winchester, Mark Puckett of Winchester.

He is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Faye Kirk, Molly Tipton, Christine Vangundy; three brothers, James Hunt, Robert Hunt, and Charles Hunt.

Services will be 1:00PM Friday, March 2, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Chris Williams. Burial will follow in Clarmont Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 5:00PM-7:00PM Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home.
