WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Kalinda T. Byers, 27, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, giving officers a false name or address and was served an out-of-county warrant.

— Alisha Lynn Campbell, 36, was charged Sunday with receiving stolen property under $10,000.

— Kevin Gray Everman, 46, was charged Sunday with shoplifting under $500.

— Tornell D. Fisher, 32, was charged Saturday with receiving stolen property (firearm), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and was served a warrant.

— Ronald Haley, 45, was charged Sunday with violation of a city ordinance (no through truck traffic).

— Malissa K. Johnson, 47, was charged Sunday with buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine) and was served a warrant.

— Ashton Puckett, 19, was charged Sunday with truancy (student 18 but not yet 21) and was served a warrant for court.

— Haley Ray, 21, was charged Sunday with speeding 23 mph over the limit.

— Brian Sparks, 49, was charged Saturday with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

— Timothy Taulbee, 41, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Reports

— At 8:30 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 11 Hughes Ave. in reference to a stolen vehicle.

— At 8:36 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 2745 Boonesboro Road in reference to an alleged threat at George Rogers Clark High School. After interviews, officers determined the threat could not be substantiated.

— At 10:23 a.m. Friday, officers took a report of a washer, dryer and truck tires stolen from a backyard

— At 10:44 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 120 Shoppers Village Drive concerning a former employee stealing from the quarter machine. The employee was allegedly adjusting cameras to avoid detection.

— At 10:59 a.m. Friday, officers assisted emergency medical personnel with an overdose call at 47 Jean Court.

— At 11:20 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 103 Holiday Road concerning a domestic disturbance.

— At 11:23 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 1975 Bypass Road concerning someone scamming the victim out of $5,000.

— At 2:22 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 55 N. Main St. concerning public intoxication.

— At 2:42 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 113 Fifth St. concerning a report of possible drug activity at neighboring properties.

— At 3:19 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 119 Georgia St. concerning a dog attacking the callers’ dog.

— At 3:24 p.m. Friday, officers took a report of a found bank card.

— At 5:36 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 155 Strode Station Circle concerning items stolen from the home.

— Over the weekend emergency medical personnel responded to 22 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one stroke, two seizures and two overdoses.

— At 2:21 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted with a motor vehicle accident at 1221 Bypass Road.

— At 2:40 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 1313 W. Lexington Ave.

— At 12:07 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the area of Bypass Road and Pedro Way.

— At 5:38 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 89-mile marker of eastbound Interstate 64.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:14 p.m. Friday, firefighters conducted an investigation at 12 Hillcrest Drive.

— At 1:32 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at the 94-mile marker of Interstate 64

— At 5:38 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 89-mile marker of eastbound Interstate 64.

— At 7:12 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted emergency medical crews will a call at 764 Dogwood Lane.

— At 1:02 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted emergency medical crews will a call at 55 Hillcrest Drive.

— At 5:23 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a fire in an outhouse at 10230 Ironworks Road. No injuries were reported.

— At 5:50 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a fire in a garage ate 1079 Crowe Ridge Road. No injuries were reported.
