CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one diabetic case.

— At 12:19 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 217 Allen Place.

— At 7:02 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 12 Robyn Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Arthur Alanson Bangs, 18, was charged Monday with first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment, disregarding a traffic control device, failure to illuminate headlamps, first-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence and no operator’s license.

Reports

— At 12:04 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive for a domestic disturbance.

— At 1:10 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 425 Oreo Drive after someone threw a brick at the caller’s door.

— At 8:17 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a missing truck from the 96 Truck Stop.

— At 4:26 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 375 E. Washington St. concerning a theft of candy.

— At 5 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 205 Holly Ave. for a vandalism complaint.

Charged

— Albert Christy, 61, of 340 Schoolhouse Lane, was charged Tuesday with murder.

— Patsy Christy, 65, of 340 Schoolhouse Lane, was charged Tuesday with murder.
