CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 1:32 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2482 Mina Station Road.

Reports

— At 8:30 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 117 McCullough Lane concerning two suspicious people recorded on security cameras the previous day.

— At 6:01 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 925 Flanagan Station Road after a fence was damaged by a vehicle.

— At 2 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Irvine Road concerning a lost handgun. The caller said she left it on the fender of her car and it fell off between Irvine and Winchester.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and three overdoses.

— At 10:40 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Broadway Street and Taylor Avenue.

— At 8:50 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 415 Magnolia St. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Gerald W. Culbertson, 53, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— William E. Everman, 40, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Brett A. Johnson, 30, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence and failure to maintain insurance.

— Amanda J. York, 32, was charged Thursday with third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Reports

— At 7:40 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 9:25 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning an assault victim.

— At 1:53 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. William E. Everman was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 3:34 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Gerald W. Culbertson was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 5:17 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 38 MacKay Ave. concerning a suspicious person. Amanda York was arrested on multiple charges.

Accidents

— At 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Andrew B. Curtis of Owingsville attempted to turn from the parking lot onto Bypass Road when another motorist stopped and motioned him across. The driver of a vehicle in the other lane, Lloyd Scott of Owingsville, said he could not stop in time to avoid a collision. Scott was complaining of neck and back pain, but was transported to the hospital by private vehicle.
