Banks, second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended seven years; possession of burglary tools, pleaded guilty, recommended 365 days concurrent; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years concurrent; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended 365 days concurrent; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended 365 days concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing April 12.

— Thomas W. McIntosh, possession of burglary tools, pleaded guilty, 30 days diverted; complicity to second-degree burglary, amended to third-degree, pleaded guilty, recommended three years diverted; sentencing April 12.
