CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Charles Botto, 65, of White Conkwright Road, was charged Monday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

Accidents

— At 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road in which Jeremiah S. Patrick of 114 W. Broadway St. lost control of his vehicle in a curve, slid off the road and struck a utility pole. Patrick was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one overdose.

— AT 7:06 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 106 Franklin Ave. concerning a downed utility pole.

— At 7:31 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 98 mile marker.

— At 10:33 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 951 Bypass Road. It was a false alarm.

— At 4:15 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 4 Monroe Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 10:47 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Trapp Goffs Corner Road,

— At 12:59 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Interstate 64 near the 90 mile marker.

— At 1:02 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 3298 Irvine Road.

— At 1:25 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 7 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 12:20 p.m. Saturday firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1340 White Conkwright Road.

— At 12:22 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 725 Terry Drive for an investigation.

— At 6:49 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 314 Primrose Lane after a tree fell on utility lines.

— At 7:31 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 98 mile marker.

— At 7:57 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Four Mile and Bybee roads.

— At 9:37 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a report of downed utility lines on Trapp Goffs Corner Road.

— At 12:59 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 113 Eastridge Drive.

— At 5:31 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 12859 Iron Works Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Jennifer E. Stewart, 44, was charged Monday with failure to maintain insurance, no or expired registration plate, license to be in possession and second-degree fleeing or evading police.

Reports

— At 2:42 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 110 Shoppers Village Plaza concerning a person who pulled a gun on the caller.

— At 5:09 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 330 Hanover Drive concerning a juvenile who let someone into the residence without permission.

— At 10:28 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a possible sexual assault.
