The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court March 8, 2018, with Judge William Clouse presiding.

— Heather Adkins, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 90 days concurrent; probation violation, dismissed; sentencing April 5.

— Cody Christopher Bradley, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year and one day consecutive.

— Cedric Clark, flagrant non-support (four counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent, sentencing April 5.

— Cedric L. Clark, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended six years, consecutive to previous case; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing April 5.

— Chad A. Renner, public intoxication, pleaded guilty, recommended 90 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 90 days concurrent; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended 90 days concurrent; illegal possession of a legend drug, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing April 5.

— Amber Burgess, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years, diverted for three years, drug court.

— Kilburn Campbell, first0degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated to drug court; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— Kim D. Dearing, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years; prescription controlled substance not in proper container, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— Kim Dwight Dearing, assault under extreme emotional disturbance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years, consecutive to previous case, probated for three years.

— Stephen Green, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 180 days; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 180 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 180 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent, probated for three years.

— Christopher Hisle, flagrant non-support (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent, probated for three years.

— Jesse R. Long, first-degree wanton endanger, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— Donald Thomas Miller, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years concurrent, probated to drug court; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years concurrent, probated to drug court.

— Darrin Ray Tays, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, consecutive to previous cases.

— Virgil L. turner, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— Amanda S. Clem, probation violation (two counts), dismissed.
