— James Allen, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree assault, first-degree sexual abuse, waived to grand jury.

— Arthur Bangs, failure to illuminate headlamps, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts), disregarding a traffic control device, first-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence, no operator’s license, waived to grand jury.

— Kilburn Campbell, flagrant non-support, amended to non-support, dismissed; contempt of court (five counts), dismissed.

— Patsy Christy, murder, waived to grand jury.

— Albert Christy, murder, waived to grand jury.
