CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Melanie Adkins, 30, of 15 James Crowe Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

— On Monday, deputies were called to Community Trust Bank, 125 Winchester Plaza, concerning an unauthorized transfer of money.

— At 8:38 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 123 Albany Lane concerning a missing pistol from a vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, one stroke and one overdose.

— At 12:45 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Main St. it was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Brian Scott Lacy, 45, was charged Monday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

Reports

— At 2:29 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 224 Jackson St. for a domestic disturbance. Brian Scott Lacy was arrested and charged with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 4:32 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 18 Goldie Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 6:30 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 170 E. Washington St. after tires were slashed on a vehicle.

— At 8:16 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 11 Wilson Lane concerning a person causing problems.

— At 9:09 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 341 Colby Ridge Blvd. concerning the theft of a laptop computer, medication and jewelry.

Accidents

— At 9:26 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a fatal accident on Paris Road in which James A. Tubbs of Carlisle was driving south near the intersection with Plantations Drive. Tubbs said he was temporarily blinded by headlights from two northbound vehicles. Once it subsided, Tubbs said he saw a pedestrian walking near the middle of the southbound lane. Tubbs’ vehicle struck Ray Neal Jeffrey Reynolds of 6766 Paris Road. Reynolds was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center where he later died.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:26 a.m. Monday, firefightes responded to an alarm sounding at 520 Edison Court.

— At 2:06 p.m Monday, firefighters assisted a person who fell at 6196 Van Meter Road.
