— Roger D. Kinney, murder, amended to second-degree manslaughter, pleaded guilty, recommended 10 years; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended five years consecutive; sentencing April 12.

— Roger Kinney, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, amended to convicted felon in possession of a firearm, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; receiving stolen property — firearm, dismissed; second-degree escape, dismissed; first-degree criminal mischief, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, recommended 12 months concurrent with previous case, sentencing April 12.

— James C. Mitchell, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed as merged; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year; violation of conditions of release (two counts), dismissed; sentencing May 3.
