The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark District Court March 14 with Judge Earl-Ray Neal presiding.

— Pat Arnett, third-degree burglary, amended to criminal trespass, pleaded guilty, one day.

— Tornell Dante Fisher, receiving stolen property (firearm), convicted felon in possession of a handgun, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, waived to grand jury.

— Paul E. Hahn II, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, sentencing June 14; possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, pleaded guilty, four days; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, four days concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, four days concurrent; contempt of court, dismissed.

— James Meadows, driving under the influence, amended to operating contrary to laws, pleaded guilty, fined; first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to failure to file police report, pleaded guilty, 30 days conditionally discharged.

— Stanley L. Primm, receiving stolen property, amended to misdemeanor, dismissed.

— Tristan C. Robinson, third-degree burglary, amended to theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 30 days, 15 days conditionally discharged.

— Deonte K. Skinner, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, sentencing June 4; receiving stolen property, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed; failure to maintain insurance, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed; no or expired registration plate, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed.

— Daniel Smith, reckless driving, dismissed; driving on a suspended operator’s license, dismissed as merged; tampering with physical evidence, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days jail or rehab; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Daniel Smith, theft by unlawful taking, amended to misdemeanor, pleaded guilty, 360 days jail or rehab, concurrent with previous case.

— David S. Tays, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 170 days conditionally discharged; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Melissa A. Wilhoite, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, amended to driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, credit for time served; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 150 days conditionally discharged; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Amanda J. York, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, waived to grand jury.

— David F. Riddell, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, pleaded guilty, credit for time served.
