— The Banery, 220 Frontier Way, 95 percent, personal drink without lid or straw in food prep area. Follow-up 100 percent.
— DJ’s Bar & Grill, 836 Bypass Road, 97 percent.
— Fox’s General Store, 11220 Irvine Road, 96 percent.
— Taco Bell, 110 April Way, 90 percent, personal drink without a lid or straw in food prep area. Follow-up 95 percent.
— The Corner Cupboard, 12435 Iron Works Road, 98 percent.
