CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Accidents

— At 5:48 a.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Andrew R. Causey of Lexington said he ran a red light and struck another vehicle, driven by Wilie Adkin of Wayne, West Virginia. Adkin was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one overdose.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:26 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 648 Trapp-Goff’s Corner Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Michael Scott Lemay, 47, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault.

— Bria Chelsie Wise, 22, was charged Thursday with third0degree criminal trespassing.

Reports

— At 1:14 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 308 W. Hickman St. concerning an assault.

— At 12:31 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Family Dollar, 27 W. Broadway St., concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.

— At 12:46 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 715 Pear Court for a domestic disturbance. Michael Scott Lemay was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 3:53 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning harassing communications.

— At 7:34 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 110 April Way concerning a stolen iPhone.

— At 7:35 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Family Dollar, 27 W. Broadway St., concerning a stolen bicycle.
