CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 4:41 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 1090 Iron Works Road after a mailbox was damaged by a snowplow.

Accidents

— At 12:10 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident near the 4 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway in which a pickup and trailer went off the highway, struck a guardrail and flipped onto its side. No one was around the vehicle, which was reported stolen from Greenville, when deputies arrived. The driver, Ronnie Manns Jr. and his daughter returned to the scene later. Manns admitted to driving the truck when the crash occurred. Both Manns and his daughter were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:37 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 101 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 4:03 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 1061 Right Angle Road for an investigation.

— At 4:20 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Mount Sterling and Goshen roads.

— At 8:28 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 8 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 12:57 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.

— At 12:34 a.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to Rockwell Road and Treehaven Drive for an investigation.

— At 5:05 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1270 Red River Road.

— At 10:47 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2291 Muddy Creek Road.

— At 12:10 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 4 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 39 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, one respiratory case, two diabetic cases, three strokes and three seizures.

— At 3:37 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Mount Sterling and Goshen roads.

— At 12:57 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.

— At 12:10 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 4 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Cameron Scott Barnard, 25, was charged Friday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— James Beschorner, 55, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

— Tyler Fugate, 18, was charged Friday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— Reginald L. Knowles, 30, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.

— Brandon Willoughby, 31, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking and theft of identity.

— At 10:29 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning harassing texts.

— At 1:47 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning property damage.

— At 6 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning an assault. Tyler Fugate was arrested and charged with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 7:29 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a bike left outside.

— At 9:47 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 7 Calloway St. concerning a stolen tablet computer.

— At 12:20 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Brandon Willoughby was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and theft of identity.

— At 1:15 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 143 Winn Ave. concerning a lost wallet.

— At 3:36 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 211 W. Broadway St. for a vandalism complaint.

— At 7:54 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 321 Oxford Drive concerning a person causing problems after allegedly throwing a diaper bag at a baby.

— At 4:39 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a stolen purse.

— At 7:28 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a theft of cash from a purse.
