CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:16 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1010 Bypass Road.

— At 9 p.m. Tuesday, firefighter were called to 5497 Bybee Road for an investigation.

— At 9:47 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 141 Autumn Court.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— William Gross, 54, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault.

Reports

— At 10:19 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen identity.

— At 12:31 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 44 Oliver St. for a person causing problems.

— At 4:38 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St. for a burglary complaint.

— At 6:57 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Burns Avenue and Fox Lane concerning an assault at College Park.

— At 10:57 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning an assault. William Gross was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday and Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 31 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, six respiratory cases and one diabetic case.

— At 10:58 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 101 N. Main St. It was a false alarm.

— At 11:05 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St. It was a false alarm.
