— At 2 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 179 Center Drive concerning an identity theft.

— At 6:54 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 340 Schoolhouse Lane.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and one overdose.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Kevin Gray Everman, 46, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful tkaing and second-degree criminal mischief.

Reports

— At 1:08 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 307 E. Hickman St. concerning a stolen tablet computer.

— At 8:49 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1023 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of tools.

— At 1:29 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a domestic violence complaint.

— At 1:34 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a person trying to steal and MP3 player and clothes. Kevin Everman was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and second-degree criminal mischief.

— At 4:14 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 845 Bypass Road concerning a theft of a hand tool.

— At 6:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 195 Pedro Way concerning a stolen vehicle.
