I am so, so thankful for organ donors.

In 2011, I had cataracts removed from both eyes. However, my vision was extremely blurry after the surgery so Dr. Daniel Ewen sent me to Dr. Woodford Van Meter in Lexington to receive corneal transplants.

Now I can read even very small print without the aid of eyeglasses.

I hope everyone will sign the Universal Donor Card. Without the cornea replacements, life would be extremely difficult for me.
