CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Kenneth Browning, 35, of 2963 Dry Fork Road, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, no registration plate, no insurance, no operator’s license, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and was served a warrant.

— Sancha Hayes, 39, of 15 N. Main St., was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).

— Cody Gibson, 26, of 7273 Helen Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (second offense).

Reports

— At 2:55 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Save-A-Lot, 755 Ecton Road, after someone threw a rock through a window, entered the store and stole cartons of cigarettes.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls, one cardiac case, three strokes, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 2:50  p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a ruptured gas line at 150 N. Main St.

— At 4:41 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Shoppers Drive.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 6:01 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 868 Pine Ridge Road.

— At 7:07 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 120 Hibiscus Lane.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Ashley M. Lakes, 33, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and second-degree criminal trespass.

— Matthew Allen Moore, 29, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Brandi Nicole Stidham, 25, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking (two counts).
