CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 5 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Duvall Avenue.

— At 10:48 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 5250 Revilo Road.

— At 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 350 Old Log Lick Road.

— On Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Muddy Creek Road.

— On Wednesday, firefighters responded to a trash fire at S&G Sanitation, 273 Winn Ave.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one seizure.

— At 2:09 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2000 Fortune Drive. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Christopher David Everman, 31, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Tyler Fugate, 18, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.

— Terry Lee Givens, 62, was charged Wednesday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

— Ralph Wayne Taulbee, 38, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 415 N. Main St. after broken glass and a bullet casing were found inside a store.

— At 11:09 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., for a counterfeiting complaint.

— At 1:05 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 4 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 920 Bypass Road concerning an abandoned vehicle.
