Charged
— Jasmine Fox, 18, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and promoting contraband.
Accidents
— At 2 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Muddy Creek Road in which James Prince of 3255 Jackson Ferry Road was driving north when a tire blew on the truck, which went into a ditch and struck a culvert and two garbage cans. Prince was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one stroke.

Charged
— Johnny Wayne Christopher, 23, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
— Dante Jamaul McRae, 35, was charged Thursday with reckless driving and driving under the influence.

— At 12:42 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., for a forgery complaint.
— At 9:30 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning prople calling and seeking donations.
— At 12:37 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft of tools.
— At 5:31 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a robbery.
— At 5:43 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 124 Sterling St. concerning a person making threats.
— At 10:03 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St., for a public intoxication complaint. Johnny Wayne Christopher was arrested on multiple charges.
