CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Trevin C. Henry, 41, of 730 Logan Lick Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence (second offense).

Reports

— At 8:05 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 30 Casa Landa Way after someone broke a window on a vehicle.

— At 6:42 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Mount Sterling Road after someone stole a remote control airplane.

Accidents

— At 2:17 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Paris Road in which Ralph E. Townsend of Irvine was traveling north and swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle, struck a guardrail and fence, and overturned. Townsend was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 36 general medical calls, five respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke and one seizure.

— At 2:17 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Pretty Run and Paris roads.

— At 3:13 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 309 Hanover Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 8:53 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an unauthorized fire at 414 E. Broadway St. The fire was extinguished.

— At 2:38 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and Pedro Way.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:18 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Paris and Pretty Run roads.

— At 6:21 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 217 Hickory Lane.

— At 9:25 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to Boonesboro and Ford roads for a report of smoke in the area.

Charged

— Jonathan Edward Brinegar, 31, was charged Saturday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Melissa L. Finney, 30, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxicaiton.

— Andrena Ingram, 49, was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary.

— Ernest Lee Knowles, 60, was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary.

— Mark D. Mooney, 54, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Vard Noble, 41, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Eric Scott Parris, 42, was charged Sunday with hindering prosecution or apprehension.

— Stephon Lee Sherell, 31, was charged Friday with first-degree burglary, fugitive from another state and giving officer a false name or address.

— Billy Riley, 39, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.

— Brenda Gail Taulbee, 35, was charged Friday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 9:35 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a harassment complaint.

— At 9:53 a.m. Friday, offiers were called to 112 Fulton Road concerning a theft of items from a car.

— At 10:11 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a harassment complaint.

— At 10:59 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 9 Carol Road concerning counterfeit money.

— At 3:04 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft of toilet paper and sunglasses.

— At 3:23 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a burglary and theft from 111 Kentucky St.

— At 4 p.m. Friday, officers took a report for a harassment complaint.

— At 6:48 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 613 N. Main St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 9:47 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a tehft.

— At 7:19 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 21 Pendleton St. after a fence was damaged.

— At 8:47 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 222 S. Highland St. concerning a stolen trailer.

— At 12:34 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1520 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.

— At 2:22 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 101 N. Highland St. concerning a person causing problems.

— At 2:40 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. after a person passed a counterfeit $20 bill.

— At 5:42 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 137 Nunnelly Court concerning an assault.

— At 9:36 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 2 Linden Lane for suspected drug activity. Jonathan Edward Brinegar was arrested for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and Mark D. Mooney was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
