Dorothy Boone Kidd, 100, widow of the late Clarence Kidd, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at her home.

A native of Clark County, she was born on November 23, 1917, to the late Levi D. Boone, Sr. and Mildred Phillips Boone. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Christian Church.

She is survived by her son, Lee (Kim) Kidd; one grandson, Wes (Kristy) Kidd; two great grandsons, Wyatt and Jase Kidd; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three siblings, Levi D. Boone, Jr., Margaret Young and Hodgkin D. Cobb; grandson, Bryan Lee Kidd; and great granddaughter, Kylie Lynn Kidd.

Services will be at 1:00PM, Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Steve Graves. Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Wes Kidd, Ross Reasor, Joe Robinson, Chuck Sowder, Kevin Noble, Tim Redmon, Cody Raney, Matthew Gibson, Chris Young and Steve Gatson. Honorary pallbearers will be Phil Wigley, Dr. Bob and Ruth Brashear, Dr. Brian Andreas, Joe and Leslie Lyons, Shyra Smith, Chad Rogers, Jimmy Carrington and elders and deacons of Bethlehem Christian Church.

Visitation will be from 11:00AM until time of service on Thursday.
