Susan E. Ballard, 71, wife of Randy Ballard, passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Clark Regional Medical Center.

A native of Clark County, she was born on December 28, 1946, to the late Charles and Louis Barrow Epperson. She was a retired office manager and worked for more than 35 years at Dr. Ballard’s Dental Office. Mrs. Ballard was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children; daughter, Jennifer (Andy) Ballard Long and son, James (Angie) Ballard; six grandchildren, Matthew and Mark Ballard, Lora Elizabeth and Emily Long, Jessica and Luke Ballard; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jeffrey Scott Ballard; and her grandmother, Ethel Barrow, who raised her.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00PM, Monday, April 30, 2018, at First Presbyterian Church by Dr. Ed Mesta and Pastor Ryan Bradney.

Scobee Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Family will receive friends from 4:00PM until time of services.
