— Colburn Edward Christy, no age given, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

— Steven L. Fisher, 44, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense) and was served a warrant for court.

— Brooke Hall, 36, was charged Saturday with shoplifting under $500.

— Allen J. Holland, 29, was charged Saturday disregarding a traffic control device.

— Amy E. Horn, 20, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcoholic and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle.

— John Karmann Horvath, 33, was charged Friday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense) and possession of marijuana.

— Christy Jean King, 30, was charged Saturday with public intoxication of a controlled substance an second-degree disorderly conduct.

— Tracy M. Marshall, 29, was charged Sunday for driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain insurance, leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a DUI suspended license.

— Natasha Meadows, 38, was charged Friday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

— Andrew W. Phillips, 38, was charged Friday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

— Christopher Allen Poe, 36, was charged Friday with shoplifting under $500, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jonathan Pranger, 26, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (first offense).

— Danny Lee Staton, 50, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), reckless driving, first-degree promoting contraband and driven under the influence (second offense).
