— John Battaile, 51, of 301 Essex Court, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

— Carl Combs, 30, of 26 memorial Park, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

— Yaqoob Syed, 37, of 103 Roiling St., was charged Tuesday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

Reports

— At 7:13 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 638 Stoner Ephesus Road when several dogs bit a passing runner on the legs. The victim refused medical attention.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:52 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 101 Harkins Drive.

— At 2:41 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 5364 Athens Boonesboro Road.

— At 11:44 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke along Paris Road.

— At 12:18 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near Flanagan Station Road and Rosebud Lane.

— At 6:17 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Lexington Road and Westchester Drive.

— At 12:09 p.m. Monday firefighters were called to 881 Pilot View Road for an investigation.

— At 4:06 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 311 Salem.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, one respiratory case and one cardiac case.

— At 7:17 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 64 near the 94 mile marker.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Anthony Roscoe Hill, 44, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 8:36 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a male having an explicit video of a 17-year-old girl.

— At 10:35 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen purse.

— At 1:35 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen purse from College Park.

— At 4:03 p.m. Monday, officers took a report for a bigamy complaint.

Accidents

— At 3:16 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to an injury accident on North Maple Street in which Vickie J. Lee of 206 Chaplin Ave. was turning left from West Broadway Street and struck Donald W. Walker of Lexington, who was crossing the street. Lee was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of left foot and shin pain.

— At 7:17 a.m. Monday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Zachary Winebrenner of 406 Tremont Lane was following traffic onto the westbound on ramp for Interstate 64 when traffic stopped quickly and he struck a vehicle driven by Brittney Murray of 315 Aspen Lane. Murray was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
