CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 8:59 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 5400 Revilo Road after something shattered one of the front windows of a business.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one seizure.

— At 10:53 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1100 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 56 Hillcrest Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Timothy Ray Taulbee, 41, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 11:09 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a fight by loss prevention officers and a suspected shoplifter. Timothy Ray Taulbee was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 1:28 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an assault.

— At 2:53 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning damage to a vehicle.

— At 4:27 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 35 Judy Ann Court concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 31 W. Broadway St. conncerning a theft of liquor.

— At 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 122 Bane Place concerning a terroristic threatening complaint.

— At 6:32 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a recovered wallet.

— At 11:15 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 145 Cook Ave. after someone broke into a residence and stole tools.
