Ann “Nancy” Cooney Graham, 76

Ann “Nancy” Cooney Graham, 76, of Winchester, wife of the late Joe Graham, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington surrounded by family.

A native of Old Forge, Pennsylvania, she was born on June 22, 1941 to the late James and Margaret O’Keefe Cooney. Along with her late husband Joe, she owned and operated Furniture World and the family farm. She was a member of Ephesus Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and volunteered in several other capacities including the kitchen committee. She was a volunteer for New Beginnings since 1988, where she loved caring for babies. She also volunteered for Hospice.

She is survived by one brother, James (Sally) Cooney; four children, Sandra (Vernon) Watts, Joe (B.J.) Graham, Brian (Jennifer) Graham, Tom (Simmie) Graham; her grandchildren, Matthew Graham, Patrick (Lauren) Graham, Joshua Watts, Taylor (Sarah) Graham, Caitlin Graham, Isaac Graham, Sarah Graham, Maggie Graham, Katie Graham, Laura Graham, Ben Graham, Jenny Graham, Jessie Graham and one great-grandson, Nollen Graham.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Patrick Morock and one sister, Jane Bousley.

Services will be conducted at 10:00AM on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home with Rev. Tod Radar officiating. Burial will follow in the Graham Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Monday, May 14, 2018 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Ephesus Baptist Church, 500 Stoner-Ephesus Rd, Winchester, KY 40391.
