Charged

— David W. Estes, 53, of 590 Water Works Road, was charged Thursday with theft by failure to make required disposition of property.

— At 3:42 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Wills Rupard Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Jennifer Leah Brumley, 24, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear.

— Amanda Hopkins, 22, was charged Thursday with public intoxication, second-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree assault and resisting arrest.

— Glenda G. McKee, no age given, was charged Thursday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

— Robert Evan Santos, 18, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

Reports

— 8:45 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 2950 Corporate Drive for a person destroying property and threatening employees with a rock.

— At 12:25 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report for a harassment complaint.

— At 5:26 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 550 Country Club Court concerning a fight in progress. Robert Evan Santos was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

— At 5:32 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1 Hubbard Road concerning a person being held against her will. Glenda G. McKee was arrested and charged with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

— At 5:40 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a tehft.

— At 8:23 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.

— At 9:53 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 151 Winn Ave. after someone shot a window on a truck with a BB gun.
