CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Delbert Nuckols, 48, of McDowell, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, reckless driving, and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Reports
— At 8:05 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 130 Shalamar Rue after someone entered a residence and took tools and jewelry.
— At 8:54 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to Dollar General, 1220 Irvine Road, after someone stole laundry detergent and a cooler.
— At 6:33 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 5894 Lexington Road after someone tried to enter a garage.
— At 5:13 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to Rainbow Bingo Hall, 4449 Rockwell Road, concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.
Accidents
— At 10:41 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Boonesboro Road in which Daniel W. Galicki of Knoxville, Tennessee, was stopped at a traffic light at Boonesboro Road and Bobwhite Lane and was struck form behind by a vehicle driven by Jennifer Stoner of Richmond. Stoner was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
— At 11:17 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Irvine Road in which Byron D. Babb of 1309 Dale Drive said he was traveling east when he fell asleep. The vehicle went off the road and struck a fence before stopping in a creek. Babb and four passengers were all transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— Between Thursday and Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 49 general medical calls, 11 cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, two seizures, one diabetic case and three overdoses.
— At 11:55 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 148 Winn Ave.
— At 3:21 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 101 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 9:22 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a mulch fire at 101 N. Main St.
— At 10:42 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Boonesboro Road and Bobwhite Lane.
— At 11:17 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 9797 Irvine Road.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 12:03 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 148 Winn Ave. for mutual aid with Winchester Fire-EMS.
— At 1:42 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.
— At 1:58 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hughes Avenue.
— At 4:09 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 at the 101 mile marker.
— At 6:23 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Harney Drive.
— At 2:44 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at the 11 mile marker of the Mountain Parkway.
— At 11:08 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Boonesboro Road.
— At 9:29 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a possible structure fire on Log Lick Road. It was a controlled burn.
— At 11:17 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Irvine Road.

Charged
— April N. Exum, 39, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.
— Jeremy Hurt, 24, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
— Ernest Lee Knowles, 60, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication, terroristic threatening, second-degree fleeing or evading police and disorderly conduct.
— Jacob T. Sellars, no age given, was charged Saturday with violation of an EPO/DVO and was served a warrant.
— Christopher Michael Veal, 24, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault.
— Jennifer Lee Young, 37, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and was served two warrants.

— At 12:47 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 125 S. Highland St. concerning the theft of a 55-inch television.
— At 12:32 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Jennifer Lee Young was arrested for theft by unlawful taking.
— At 6:20 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 40 Oliver St. concerning a person dumping items on the caller’s property. Ernest Lee Knowles was arrested on multiple offenses.
— At 8:26 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 325 Canewood Drive concerning a theft of medication, a Taser and a knife from a purse.
— At 8:37 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St., concerning an assault.
— At 11:41 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a juvenile being lured to a vehicle at school earlier in the day.
— At 2:56 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 218 Winn Ave. concerning a theft of a cell phone and charger.
— At 1:11 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a counterfeit $50 bill.
— At 1:40 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concenrrng a stolen video game system and headset.
— At 4:50 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 340 S. Burns Ave. concerning a stolen lawn mower.
— At 7:11 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 129 Holly Ave. concerning a domestic violence order violation. Jacob Sellars was arrested for violation of an EPO/DVO and was served a warrant.

— At 12:56 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 201 Atrium Place for a domestic disturbance. Christopher Veal was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.
— At 3:40 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 555 Rolling Hills Lane concerning a theft.
— At 5:48 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 38 Locust Drive concerning a domestic disturbance.
— At 8:21 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a property damage complaint after someone cut the hoses on the caller’s washing machine,
