Charged
— Michael Wheatley, 44, of 111 McCullough Lane, was charged Monday with theft of services.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 10:30 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Jones Nursery Road.
— At 8:49 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 10673 Irvine Road.
WINCHESTER
FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one stroke.
— At 5:35 a.m. Monday, firefighter responded to an alarm sounding at 1315 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

— Jennifer N. Himes, 32, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.

— At 8:28 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning person making threats.
— At 9:52 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 411 Hanover Court concerning a stolen lawn mower.
— At 11:51 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a lost wallet.
— At 12:45 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a recovered stolen bicycle.
— At 1:38 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 244 E. Broadway St. after an adult male pointed a gun at a girl’s head after asking where another girl lived.
— AT 2:35 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 508 College St. concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 5:43 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 211 C. G. Stephenson Drive concerning a theft of money from a car.
— At 6:38 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 101 W. Hickman St. for a vandalism complaint.
