— SPARK in Clark recovery rally sponsored by Ark of Mercy, 4:30 to 8 p.m. on courthouse steps and Main Street. There will be music, testimonies, kids activities, resource tables, a balloon release, free food (hot dogs, chips and Ale 8) and T-shirts will be available. The walk-a-thon begins at 4:30 p.m. at the Washington Street Apartments. There will be speakers about Casey’s Law and Celebrate Recovery.
