CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— On Tuesday, deputies were called to 2699 Dry Fork Creek Road after someone broke into a residence and took several items including several firearms, fishing poles and a laptop computer.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8 a.m. Thursday, a crew of firefighters provided mutual aid for a ground search in Garrard County.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 17 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one overdose.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Travis M. Kemplin, 36, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking, second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, contempt of court (two counts) and was served a warrant

— Nickoel Manley, no age given, was charged Wednesday with alcohol intoxication and tampering with physical evidence.

— James Martin Webb, 45, was charged Wednesday with first-degree burglary.

Reports

— At 12:47 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 5 Wainscott Ave. concerning a person stealing a bag of tools.

— At 1:40 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a person who was assaulted earlier in the day.

— At 6:57 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 15 A St. concerning a person with a handgun making threats.  James Martin Webb was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary.

— At 11:26 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 2950 Corporate Drive concerning a person damaging cars and hitting employees.

— At 12:03 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats.

— At 4:27 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a person stealing Kool-Aid and other items. Travis M. Kemplin was arrested on multiple charges.
