Charged

— Theresa Rose, 43, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.

— Donald Lee Wilkins, 54, was charged Saturday with no tail lamps, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, driving on a suspended operator’s license, fugitive from anotehr state and driving under the influence.

— Jeremiah Williams, 18, was charged Sunday with first-degree fleeing or evading police and disorderly conduct.

— Wayne Combs, 54, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Matthew W. Sibcy, 48, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

— At 3:51 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 222 Third St. for a person causing problems.

— At 10:17 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Canewood Drive and Gist Street concerning a theft of concrete saws.

— At 2:45 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning an assault.

— At 3:50 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a person stealing beer. Wayne Combs was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 8:48 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, after checks were stolen from a truck.

— At 1:02 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report for a vandalism complaint.

— At 1:43 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 111 Magnolia St. after someone stole a microwave and tools.

— At 3:15 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, after someone stole a tool bag.

— At 3:41 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Tractor Supply, 1500 Bypass Road, after someone stole two chain saws. Zachary Taylor Clark was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 4:17 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report for a harassment complaint.

— At 9:20 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 132 Westside Drive. Barry Lambert was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:37 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Bypass Road and McCormick Drive for a foot pursuit. Donald Wilkins was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 10:12 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning two suspected shoplifters in custody. Theresa Rose was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 2:38 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Wast Broadway Street and Memorial Park concerning a dog attacking another dog.

— At 11:24 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a nude photo of a child which was developed.

— At 2:47 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of clothes and shoes.

— At 3:56 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 416 Pueblo Court for a harassment complaint.

— At 4:01 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to the Beacon of Hope, 850 Bypass Road, for a domestic disturbance.

— At 9:12 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 347 Orange Ave. after someone entered a residence and took medication.

— At 7:01 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 115 Dorset Lane concerning a theft from a vehicle.

— At 12:22 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 156 E. Washington St. concerning the theft of a necklace.

— At 1:45 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 52 Fitch Ave. concerning a person causing problems.

— At 2:02 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 339 Shoppers Drive concerning a stolen debit card.

— At 3:27 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a bag of movies from a vehicle.

— At 5:29 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 302 Jett Drive concerning a theft of medication.

— At 7:27 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1330 Fulton Road concerning a stolen dog.

— At 9:55 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 120 Codella Drive concerning a theft of beer and tobacco.

Accidents

— At 3:23 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to an injury accident on North Maple Street in which Jermain Sullivan of 730 Locust Drive was stopped at the intersection with Veterans Memorial Parkway and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Sherry Stanley of Clay City. Sullivan was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
