Yard sale at Christ Temple

Christ Temple Apostolic Church will have a yard sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday on Lexington Avenue across from the Spectrum offices.

Revival at Hill St. Pentecostal

There will be a three-day revival at Hill Street Pentecostal Church, located at 308 Hill St. at 7 p.m. nightly June 1-3. Guests will be the Rev. Darroll Alexander of Fairfield, Ohio, and the Bro. Gene Johns of Lexington.

Food pantry at First Baptist Church

First Baptist Church, 37 N. Highland St., will open a food pantry in partnership with God’s Pantry from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday at the church. The pantry will be open to those in need and for donations from the community. For more information, call the church at 744-6624.

This Sunday the congregation of Salem Church at Pine Grove, 312 Combs Ferry Road, will contemplate the mystery of the Trinity. Worship at “The Small Country Church with a Big Heart for Jesus” begins at 11 a.m.

Services at First Presbyterian Church, 130 Windridge Drive, will begin at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Worship will be lively and traditional. Come dressed casual or formal, but more importantly, come expecting to be moved by the Spirit. Sunday school classes for children, youth and adults begin at 9:30 a.m. Sundays.
