Revival at Hill St. Pentecostal

There will be a three-day revival at Hill Street Pentecostal Church, located at 308 Hill St. at 7 p.m. nightly today through Sunday. Guests will be the Rev. Darroll Alexander of Fairfield, Ohio, and the Bro. Gene Johns of Lexington

Food pantry at First Baptist Church

First Baptist Church, 37 N. Highland St., will open a food pantry in partnership with God’s Pantry from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday at the church. The pantry will be open to those in need and for donations from the community. For more information, call the church at 744-6624.

Services at Salem Church at Pine Grove

“As long as we live,” Martin Luther once said, “there is never enough singing.” This Sunday, the congregation of Salem Church at Pine Grove, 312 Combs Ferry Road, will consider what it means to sing songs of God’s love, joy and peace. Worship at the “Small Country Church with a Big Heart for Jesus” begins at 11 a.m. The sacrament of communion will be celebrated.

Services at First Presbyterian Church

Services at First Presbyterian Church, 130 Windridge Drive, will begin at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Worship will be lively and traditional. Come dressed casual or formal, but more importantly, come expecting to be moved by the Spirit. Sunday school classes for children, youth and adults begin at 9:30 a.m. Sundays. Services at Liberty Bible Church God are as follows: Sunday School, 9:30 a.m.; Sunday church services, 10:30 a.m.; Sunday evening Bible study, 6 p.m.; and youth group, 5 to 7 p.m. Sundays.
