— Joshua Shaun Charles, 30, was charged Tuesday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— James Elbert Curtis, 32, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property under $10,000 and tampering with physical evidence and was served two warrants.

— Jeffrey Finney, 34, was charged Tuesday with alcohol intoxication in a  public place.

— Jessica Nicole Smith, 28, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking under $500.
