Arrests

— Craig Victor Gore, 28, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication.

— Duane Allen Holder, 32, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a legend drug and tampering with physical evidence.

— Robert Lee Sams, 43, was charged Wednesday with owner permitting a vicious dog to run at large.

Reports

— At 1:28 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a  report of drug activity at 108 S. Main St.

— At 5:38 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 504 Hidden Hills Way concerning a breaking and entering.

— At 8:54 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 101 N. Main St. concerning someone breaking the windshield out of a vehicle.

— At 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 11 Wilson Lane concerning a snake stuck in a  window. According to the police reports, it was a baby snake stuck on a piece of tape. “The perpetrator was set free with a warning,” the officer noted.

— At 4:47 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 146 Magnolia St. concerning a breaking and entering.

— At 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning possible drug activity.

— At 6:26 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 3598 Stamper Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 6:53 p.m. Wednesday, officers respond to a domestic disturbance at 107 Buffalo Trace. The caller said his wife was throwing his property out of the house.

— At 11:52 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to the area of Highland and Washington streets concerning a dog attempting to attack someone.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday and Wednesday, emergency medical services responded to 11 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one obstetrics case.

— At 3:16 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Shoppers Drive.

— At 3:18 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle accident at 127 Lindberg Ave.
