The following cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court June 14, 2018.

— Johnny Dargavell, public intoxication of a controlled substance excluding alcohol, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified, first offense), recommended sentenced of two years diverted for two years; and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), dismissed.

— Kevin Campbell, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), recommended sentence of one year; buying or possession drug paraphernalia, recommended 30 days; and contempt of court, dismissed.

— Kevin Campbell, third-degree burglary, recommended sentence of two years and one day; fraudulent use of a credit card under $10,000, recommended sentence of two years and one day to run concurrently; and second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Anna K. Brewer, fraudulent use of a credit card under $10,000, sentenced three years, diverted for three years.

— James C. Havens, fraudulent use of a credit card under $10,0000, sentenced to three years, diverted for three years.
