The following cases were resolved in Clark County District Court June 13, 2018.

— Harold Cave, no or expired registration plates, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked license, amended to no operator’s license in possession; and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, heroin), 180 days, 150 days conditionally discharged.

— Candra Day, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, drug unspecified), 50 days; third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), dismissed; illegal possession of a legend drug, dismissed; controlled substance prescription not in proper container, dismissed; receiving stolen property under $500, dismissed.

— Melissa Moon, theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000, amended to criminal attempt, 60 days conditionally discharged.

— Kimberly Plowman, first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence, minor injury), alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense) second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, 360 days, 340 conditionally discharged.

— Gregory W. Prater, third-degree burglary, amended to theft by unlawful taking under $500, 360 days, 330 days conditionally discharged.

— James Webb, first-degree burglary, amended to criminal attempt, 360 days, 300 days conditionally discharged.
