— Candra Day, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, drug unspecified), 50 days; third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), dismissed; illegal possession of a legend drug, dismissed; controlled substance prescription not in proper container, dismissed; receiving stolen property under $500, dismissed.

— Kimberly Plowman, first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence, minor injury), alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense) second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, 360 days, 340 conditionally discharged.
