Reports

— At 10:37 a.m. Tuesday, deputies took a report concerning a theft of identity.

FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, one respiratory case and one obstetric case.

— At 9:17 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 415 Magnolia St. It was a false alarm.

— At 1:05 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bullion Boulevard and Redwing Drive.

— At 3:42 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 11 mile marker of the Mountain Parkway.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:36 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 211 Windy Lane for a smell of smoke.

— At 12:39 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Boonesboro Road and Lisletown Lane for mutual aid.

— At 4:19 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 11 mile marker of the Mountain Parkway.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— James Dewayne Bowman, 44, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Christopher Louis Winkler, 33, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning an assault.

— At 10:11 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a person who pulled a pistol on the caller.

— At 10:57 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1525 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.
