The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court June 13, 2018, with Judge Earl-Ray Neal presiding.

— Harold L. Cave, no or expired registration plate, dismissed; failure to maintain insurance, dismissed; driving on a suspended operator’s license, amended to no operator’s license in possession, pleaded guilty, 10 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 150 days conditionally discharged.

— Candra Day, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 50 days; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, dismissed; illegal possession of a legend drug, dismissed; prescription controlled substance not in proper container, dismissed; receiving stolen property, dismissed.

— Everett Harris, first-degree sodomy, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, preliminary hearing probable cause found, sent to grand jury.

— Everett Harris, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury.

— Brice Hubbard, receiving stolen property, preliminary hearing, no probable cause found, dismissed.

— Melissa R. Means, second-degree burglary, waived to grand jury.

— Melissa G. Moon, theft by unlawful taking, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 60 days, 56 days conditionally discharged, restitution.

— Kimberley D. Plowman, first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 340 days conditionally discharged; fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; alcohol intoxication, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Gregory W. Prater, third-degree burglary, amended to theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 330 days conditionally discharged.

— James Webb, first-degree burglary, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 300 days conditionally discharged.

The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court June 11, 2018, with Judge Charles Hardin presiding.

— Delbert Lynn Nuckols, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension, four days; possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, dismissed; reckless driving, dismissed.

— Susan L. Howard, theft by deception, dismissed. (three cases)

— Thomas R. Trickett, violation of an EPO/DVO (two counts), pleaded guilty, 360 days, 339 days conditionally discharged.

— Jerry Scott Combs, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 60 days, 50 days conditionally discharged, restitution.
