Toulman Hubbard, Jr., 91, widower of Jessie Christine Shoemate Hubbard, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018 at Clark Regional Medical Center.

He was born in Clay County, KY, on February 28, 1927, to the late Toulman Hubbard, Sr. and Lettie Grubb Hubbard.

Survivors include two sons, Walter Hubbard and David (Debbie) Hubbard; two daughters, Carolyn (Jackie) McCloud and Fern (Gary) Blake; son-in-law, Terry DeCapio; grandchildren, Beth (Dave) Smith, Davey Rankin, Bryan (Pam) Woosley, Jeff (Tracy) Hubbard, John (Mandy) Biggerstaff, Andrea (Justin) Vetter, Mackela McIntosh, April (Wally) Withrow, Toulmin David Hubbard; several great grandchildren and a great great grandson. As well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Gail DeCapio; brother, S.A. Hubbard; and sister, Edith Harris.

Services will be at 12:00PM, Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Larry Decker and Dr. Bill Konstantopoulos. Burial will be in Clarmont Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be David Hubbard, Bryan Woosley, Jeff Hubbard, John Biggerstaff, Toulmin David Hubbard, Toulmin Clay Hubbard and Zach Means.

Honorary pallbearers will be Howard Hubbard, Davey Rankin, Jackie McCloud, Gary Blake, Terry DeCapio, Charlie Ingram, Donna and Bob Mayfield, Jim and Maryann Lisle, Bill and Jean Castle, Mike and Audra Castle and family, Wayne Reed and friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00AM until time of service on Thursday.
