CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 12:56 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to the 103 mile marker of Interstate 64 after a radio, battery and debit card were stolen from a broken down vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday and Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 23 general medical calls, nine cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one stroke, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 2:23 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 45 Park Ave.

— At 3:36 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 241 S. Highland St. It was a false alarm set off by people cooking in a residence.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:24 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1228 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.

— At 12:21 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a possible electrical fire at 2877 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.

— At 3:18 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 350 Arrowhead Trail.

— At 10:51 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to the 10000 block of Irvine Road for an investigation.

— At 6:12 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 895 Pine Ridge Road.

— At 10:57 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 113 Shalamar Rue for an investigation.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Stella Sue Chaney, 20, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property.

— Keontez Hazley, 19, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking (auto), first-degree fleeing or evading police (two counts), failure to illuminate headlamps, reckless driving, resisting arrest, driving on a suspended operator’s license.

— Michael Allen Spoonamore, 42, was charged Wednesday with flagrant non-support and persistent felony offender.

Reports

— At 4:57 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Speedway, 1480 W. Lexington Ave., concerning a stolen vehicle. Following a pursuit Keontez Hazley was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 6:53 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 101 Spruce Court after a gazebo and swing were damaged.

— At 8:38 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Boone Avenue and Nunnelly Court concerning three women fighting.

— At 1:16 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 352 Hill St. concerning a theft of tools.

— At 6:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 543 N. Maple St. concerning a Social Security card which was stolen from the mailbox.

Accidents

— At 2:22 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Park Avenue in which Timothy R. Jones of Mount Sterling turned onto Washington Street and collided with another vehicle, driven by Melissa M. Baker of 9 Sylvania Ave. Jones said he did not see the other vehicle prior to the collision. The two vehicles then struck a stop sign and a fence. Baker was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
