CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Catherine Lewis, 26, of Versailles, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one respiratory case and one diabetic case.
— At 8:05 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1100 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 3:28 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke near Irvine Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway.
— At 6:06 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Old Boonesboro and Water Works roads.
— At 4:45 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Irvine Road and Rocky Top Lane.

— Mitchell Shane Griffith, 35, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 1:08 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 109 Springmist Lane after wiring on a scooter was damaged.
— At 7:22 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen concrete saw.
— At 8:04 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 351 W. Washington St. concerning damage to a rental property.
— At 9:11 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 120 Shoppers Village Plaza after someone entered a structure and caused damage.
— At 9:28 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a emergency protective order or domestivc violence order violation.
— At 10:33 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 11 Seventh St. after a firearm was stolen from a vehicle.
— At 11:19 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 876 Bypass Road concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.
— At 12:07 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning the misuse of funds.
— At 4:12 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning another person pulling a gun on the caller and stealing an Xbox, controllers and several games.
— At 1:33 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 205 Vaught Road concerning a stolen electric fireplace and an air mattress.
— At 4:43 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning fraudulent refunds at Dollar General.
— At 5:34 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 249 Mutual Ave. concerning a theft of jewelry, a camera and piggy banks.
— At 7:39 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 236 Pendleton St. concerning a property damage complaint.
— At 8:08 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St., concerning a person making threats.
— At 10:27 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive concerning a theft from a vehicle.
Accidents
— At 2:53 p.m. July 6, officers responded to an injury accident at 625 W. Lexington Ave. in which Nancy C. Brookshire of 220 Locust Grove Road got her shoe stuck under her vehicle’s accelerator, lost control and struck a tree. Brookshire was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
