CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Libby Guth, 27, of Lexington, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

— At 8:45 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 1124 Iron Works Road concerning a person trying to hit and bite the caller.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one diabetic case, one stroke and one overdose.

— At 5:37 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 351 Orange Ave. after workers punctured a natural gas line.

— At 12:10 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Traditional Bank, 875 Colby Road, for a mulch fire near an ATM.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:17 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke near Treehaven Lane and Rockwell Road.

— At 3:55 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Jameson Way.

— At 4:10 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 150 Privacy Lane.

— At 9:09 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an electrical fire at 512 Corley Lane.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Rebecca J. Groves, 50, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Misty Ann Spencer, 36, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and second-degree fleeing or evading.

Reports

— At 12:21 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 119 Cook Ave. concerning a possible sexual assault.

— At 7:23 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Family Dollar, 27 W. Broadway St., concerning a theft of makeup.

— At 8:24 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 109 Springmist Lane concerning a theft of tools and moped parts

— At 8:34 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to WalMart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Rebecca J. Groves was arrested on multiple charges.
