Charged
— David Christopher Wade Dawson, 24, was charged Tuesday with second-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault, receiving stolen property and was served three warrants.

— At 8:41 a.m. Monday, officers took a report for a harassment complaint.
— At 11:26 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 810 Bypass Road concerning a theft of boots.
— At 7:24 p.m. Monday, officers were called to the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St., concerning a prisoner making phone calls in violation of an emergency protective order. Steven E. Hall was charged with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— At 7:36 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 960 Interstate Drive concerning a fight in progress.
— At 7:53 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a theft of rings.
— At 9:35 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 118 E. Broadway St. concerning a possible child abuse case..
— At 10:23 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 150 Cook Ave. after someone left a riding lawn mower at the residence.
— At 11:40 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 825 Bypass Road concerning a theft and scam through a bank account.
— At 12:49 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 200 Central Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 1 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1282 Fulton Road concerning a theft of mail and checks.
— At 2:13 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of medication.
— At 2:28 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a forgery complaint.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— John Gaither, 74, of 264 Calmes Blvd., was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault

— At 1:32 p.m. Tuesday, deputies took a report concerning a possible stolen vehicle.
— At 6:33 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 706 Dry Fork Creek Road concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 8:09 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 775 Sugar Ridge Road concerning a stolen motorcycle.
— At 5:44 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 137 Gadwall Lane after someone opened a credit card account using the caller’s personal information without permission.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, three cardiac cases and two respiratory cases.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 5:04 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Boonesboro Road and Augusta Drive.
