CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Benjamin Reed, 27, of 111 Short St., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

—At 3 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 308 Fern Court concerning a stolen motorcycle.

Accidents

— At 2:25 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which Benjamin J. Reed of 111 Short St. lost control of his vehicle and struck a mailbox and a tree before his vehicle rolled over. Reed was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries. He was later charged with driving under the influence and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 40 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, one seizure and two overdoses.

— At 5:19 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St. It was a false alarm.

— At 5:50 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 127 Buffalo Trace concerning a tree and power line on fire.

— At 5:04 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass and Colby roads.

— At 5:42 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Iron Works and Morris roads.

— At 7:31 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a tree in utility lines at Main and Washington streets.

— At 2:25 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 721 Colby Road.

— At 2:02 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Carol Road.

— At 4:26 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a tree in the power lines at 626 Laura Drive.

— At 4:31 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 6636 Paris Road.

— At 5:11 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a tree in the power lines at 5000 Irvine Road.

— At 5:36 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a tree down at 6326  Colby Road.

— At 5:42 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Iron Works and Morris roads.

— At 9:45 p.m. Saturday firefighters responded to a smell of gas near Clintonville and Van Meter roads.

— At 2:25 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 721 Colby Road.

— At 7:12 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 99 mile marker on Interstate 64.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Michael R. Bostic, 25, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— James Dewayne Bowman, 44, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.

— Diontray K. Dean, 19, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, second-degree fleeing or evading police, public intoxication and third-degree assault.

— Bonnie J. Reliford, 36, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Reports

— At 2:14 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Madison and First streets for a fight in progress. Diontray Dean was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 11:18 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1195 Fulton Road for a vandalism complaint after a unit was vandalized and the porch was spray painted.

— At 11:36 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 400 Professional Ave. after a vehicle was damaged.

— At 11:50 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 36 Magnolia St. after people broke into a vacant house. James Dewayne Bowman and Bonnie Reliford were arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.

— At 4:16 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive after someone broke into an apartment and vandalized the space.

— At 5:29 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 8 Court St. after windows were broken on a vehicle.

— At 9:40 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 106 Finley Road after someone broke into a vehicle and stole tools.

— At 9:44 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a theft of tires and a nail gun.

— At 10:19 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 330 Perkins St. concerning a stolen motorcycle.

— At 12:27 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 15 Sterling St. for a property damage complaint.

— At 10:39 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1100 Interstate Drive concerning a theft of cash.

— At 6:59 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Michael R. Bostic was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Accidents

— At 5 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Phyllis T. Osborne of 109 Churchill Drive was turning left onto Colby Road and went in front of an oncoming vehicle, driven by Adam D. Eachus of Wallingford. Osborne and passenger Crystal D. Eachus were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
